Lucy runs Mayan Retreats: sound baths, women’s retreats, sauna and contrast therapy, time in nature in the Lake District, couples’ experiences and retreats further afield in Bali and Málaga. With so much to offer, people needed a clear way to find the right experience and reserve their place.
We built a website where Lucy can advertise events and guests can explore what’s coming up, book and pay. Confirmation emails and reminders keep people informed, so the booking journey doesn’t rely on Lucy sending every message herself.

Alongside the website, we created a Google Business Profile and worked on search visibility. Mayan now appears high in local results for sound baths and other relevant searches. As Lucy’s following has grown, she reports that most of her events sell out.
