The exact providers used may vary depending on the client, project, service, and integrations enabled.
1. What is a subprocessor or third-party provider?
A subprocessor or third-party provider is a company or service that may process, store, transmit, host, or support information as part of delivering Flint services.
Some providers act on Flint's behalf. Others may act as independent platforms where the client has chosen to connect or use that service.
2. Categories of providers Flint may use
Flint may use providers for website hosting, application hosting, database hosting, file storage, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, booking and event management, customer communication, Telegram operator workflows, Google Business Profile integrations, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger integrations, AI-assisted content generation, image generation, workflow automation, error monitoring, security and access control, and development and deployment tools.
3. Examples of services that may be used
Depending on the project and client setup, Flint may use or integrate with services such as Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, Stripe, Supabase, Resend or other email delivery services, hosting and deployment providers, analytics providers, AI model or image generation providers, booking, calendar, event, or automation tools, and domain, DNS, and website infrastructure providers.
This list may change as Flint's services evolve.
4. Client-connected platforms
Where a client chooses to connect a third-party platform, such as Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Stripe, Telegram, or another business tool, that platform may process data under its own terms and privacy policies.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have authority to connect their business accounts and for complying with the relevant third-party platform rules.
5. Why providers are used
Providers may be used to host and operate Flint systems, store client data, deliver emails or messages, process payments, support bookings or events, connect third-party accounts, generate drafts, images, summaries, or operational suggestions, monitor system performance, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and deliver client-requested services.
6. Updates to this page
Flint may update this page from time to time as providers, integrations, or services change.
