Terms of Use
Flint AI is operated by Aaron Edwards, trading as Flint AI
These Terms of Use explain the basic rules for using the Flint website and the general position around Flint's services.
On this page
Any client work may also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, subscription agreement, service agreement, or other written agreement. If there is any conflict, the separate client agreement will take priority.

1. About Flint
Flint AI helps authorised businesses manage websites, bookings, customer communications, Google Business Profile operations, Meta/Facebook/Instagram workflows, social content, automation, and AI-assisted operational tasks.
This website is provided to explain Flint's services and help businesses get in touch.
2. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about Flint, review public information, and contact us about services.
You must not use the website in a way that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, disruptive, or harmful to Flint, its systems, its users, its clients, or third-party platforms.
3. Website information
We aim to keep the website clear, accurate, and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, or free from errors.
Content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, or professional advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for taking advice suited to your situation.
4. Client services
Any paid work, implementation, support, retained services, subscription services, or ongoing client work is subject to separate agreement between Flint and the client.
That separate agreement will govern the scope of work, pricing, responsibilities, timings, deliverables, support levels, cancellation rights, and any service-specific terms.
5. Connected services and client authorisation
Some Flint services may allow clients to connect third-party business accounts, including Google Business Profile, Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Messenger, Meta business assets, Stripe, booking tools, Telegram, email services, analytics tools, websites, automation tools, AI tools, and other business platforms.
The client is responsible for ensuring that they have the right authority to connect those accounts to Flint and to instruct Flint to access, manage, publish, send, update, or process information through those accounts.
Flint will only use connected services for authorised client workflows. These may include website updates, booking operations, social content drafts, approved publishing, review management, profile support, customer communications, analytics, and operational assistance.
6. AI-assisted content and actions
Flint may use AI-assisted tools to generate drafts, content, images, captions, responses, summaries, recommendations, or operational suggestions.
AI-generated content should be reviewed by the client before publication or use.
The client remains responsible for checking that any content, image, offer, claim, price, date, event detail, booking information, review response, customer message, or business update is accurate, lawful, appropriate, and suitable for their business.
Unless a separate client agreement says otherwise, Flint does not guarantee that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete, error-free, compliant, or suitable without human review.
7. Publishing and account actions
Where Flint supports publishing or account actions through third-party platforms, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or similar services, the client is responsible for approving the action and ensuring that the action complies with the rules and policies of the relevant platform.
The client must not use Flint to create, publish, send, or support spam, fake engagement, misleading content, unlawful content, unauthorised account changes, bulk manipulation, harassment, scraping, impersonation, platform abuse, or content or activity that breaches third-party platform rules.
Flint may refuse, pause, remove, or restrict workflows that appear unsafe, unlawful, abusive, misleading, or likely to breach platform rules.
8. Client approval
Certain Flint workflows may be designed to require explicit client approval before an action is completed.
Clients are responsible for reviewing approval requests carefully before approving publication, messages, profile updates, review responses, or other account actions.
If a client grants Flint standing permissions or configures an automated workflow in a separate agreement, the client remains responsible for ensuring that the workflow remains appropriate for their business.
9. Account access and security
Clients and users are responsible for protecting their own accounts, passwords, devices, business platform access, and admin permissions.
Clients should only connect accounts they are authorised to manage.
Clients should promptly tell Flint if they believe an account, integration, token, device, email, Telegram account, or third-party platform connection has been compromised or misused.
10. Third-party platform availability
Flint relies on third-party platforms and APIs for some integrations.
Flint is not responsible for outages, restrictions, API changes, account suspensions, permission changes, review delays, rejected API access, rate limits, platform policy decisions, or other decisions made by third-party platforms.
If a third-party platform changes, restricts, or removes access, Flint may need to modify, suspend, or remove affected features.
11. Google, Meta, and other platform rules
Where clients use Flint with Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or other third-party platforms, the client is responsible for complying with the relevant platform terms, policies, and account rules.
Flint does not control those platforms and cannot guarantee that any third-party platform will approve, maintain, publish, rank, display, deliver, or accept content, updates, messages, reviews, profile changes, or API actions.
12. Payments and bookings
Where Flint supports payments, bookings, tickets, retreats, events, or other commercial flows, the details of those services will be governed by the relevant client agreement and any applicable third-party payment or booking provider terms.
Clients remain responsible for their own pricing, refund policies, event details, service descriptions, customer obligations, tax obligations, and legal compliance.
13. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content, branding, copy, design, and materials on the Flint website belong to Flint or are used with permission.
You may browse the site for normal personal or business reference use, but you may not copy, republish, reproduce, distribute, or reuse material from the site for commercial purposes without permission.
Client-owned content remains the client's responsibility and may be governed by separate client agreements.
14. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, server, forms, APIs, integrations, or connected systems, interfere with operation or security, submit malicious code, use Flint channels for spam or abuse, connect accounts you are not authorised to manage, use Flint to breach platform rules, publish or send unlawful or harmful content, or copy or extract website content using automated means without permission.
15. External links and third-party services
The website and Flint services may contain links or connections to third-party services or websites.
Flint is not responsible for the content, availability, decisions, actions, privacy practices, security practices, or terms of those third-party services.
16. Service changes
Flint may update, modify, suspend, or remove website content, features, integrations, workflows, or services from time to time.
This may happen because of product changes, technical issues, legal requirements, client needs, platform policy changes, API changes, or business decisions.
17. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Flint is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic loss arising from use of this website alone.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded or limited.
For clients, liability, warranties, service commitments, and limitations may be set out in a separate client agreement.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in Flint's services, legal requirements, connected integrations, or how the website operates.
The latest version will always be published on this page.
